Obey the site management team and resolutely implement the management policy: as the front-line manager of the project site, the team leader should first strictly implement the work instructions of the site management team. In the actual work, the team leader's instructions represent the instructions of the site management, such as making big discounts or changing instructions during the implementation process, The consequence is that the ideas of the management team deviate from those of the executive team, which brings trouble to the unified management of the site. Moreover, if the team leader himself cannot correctly implement the management policy, then it is even more impossible to require the following team members to implement according to the regulations. Over time, the execution of the whole team will decline, and it will be impossible to provide quality services to the customer.
2. Be strict with yourself and set an example: the team leader is a flag and a mirror of the team. If the team leader wants to do a good job in team management and really make the team members achieve the effect of "thinking in one place and making efforts in one place", the team leader must have a firm and correct management concept, management position and distinct management perspective, constantly enhance their political cultivation, theory and management ability, and always strictly require themselves with the standard of "high ideological awareness, professional excellence and correct style". Only in this way can we set an example. Our project site will focus on the self assessment of the security team leader, so as to strictly require the words and deeds of the security team leader. Facts have proved that only when the security team leader does a good job himself can the team be managed well and the project be done well.
3. Dare to think and do, "four hearts" lead the team:
(1) Be confident. The team leader should be familiar with the allocation of on-site software and hardware, attach importance to the characteristics of the team members, explore new leadership ideas, develop new management plans, and strive to be sure of it, make full use of the advantages of civil defense and technical defense, muster up courage, enhance confidence, and do a good job of the team.
(2) Be loving. In the daily management work, the team leader should fully reflect the family friendly management policy of "people first, leading the troops with emotion", and truly regard his team members as his own brothers, without beating, cursing, corporal punishment, or satirizing. When encountering problems, we should carry forward democracy, respect everyone's opinions, and pay more attention to the work and life of the injured and sick team members. Only by sincerely giving our love can we win the trust of the team members.
(3) Be enthusiastic. In carrying out team management, the team leader should devote his warm heart to the team members. We should be sincere to our team members, treat them as close friends, and influence them with a fiery heart. Cherish the team members ideologically, guide them from work and care about them from life. Let them get insights from true love, so as to stimulate strong work enthusiasm and make the whole team have strong cohesion.
(4) Be patient. As the "head and tail" of the team, the team leader must be patient in carrying out team management work, and have the perseverance of not giving up and not giving up. The ideological work of the team members should be repeated and often done. They should always observe the words and deeds of the team members, master their ideological changes, guide them from various aspects, influence them, and make them feel the warmth of the team family.
4. Work hard to report and pay attention to the overall situation of the company: in many cases, the team leader needs to deal with some problems and affairs independently, especially when the interests of the company conflict with the interests of customers, in this case, the team leader should report to the management team in a timely manner, and avoid making decisions blindly. It is very likely that some thoughtless practices will bring incalculable losses to the company.
