3. Side leg pressing is to side an object of a certain height, then put the leg on it, lift the arm of the right hand upward, straighten the legs, stand up and open the waist, press the arm toward the toe, and alternate between the left leg and the right leg.
4. The back leg press is back to the rib, lift one leg backward, straighten the foot, bend the upper body backward, and alternate left and right legs.
