Jiangxi Civil Servant Application Requirements
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;
3. The age of those who are over 18 and under 35 years old, new non in-service master's and doctoral graduates, and who apply for the targeted recruitment of township (market, street) public institution staff positions can be relaxed to 40 years old;
4. Have good political quality and moral character;
5. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform the duties normally;
6. Have the working ability required by the recruitment position;
7. College degree or above
8. Have other qualifications required for recruitment.
(1) Public security organs at or below the level of cities divided into districts and provincial public security departments, each detachment directly under the highway traffic police, and people's police positions in prisons and drug rehabilitation centers, generally under the age of 30; Special police position, under the age of 25; Forensic doctor, prison doctor, psychological correction and other special positions, under the age of 35.
(2) If the recruitment position clearly requires grass-roots work experience, the candidates must have corresponding grass-roots work experience. Grass roots work experience refers to the work experience in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations at and below the county level. The experience of working in the military regiment and units below the regiment level, the experience of ex soldiers serving in the military, the experience of unemployed college graduates who leave school to participate in internships at the college graduate internship base (the base is a grass-roots unit) or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions can be regarded as grass-roots work experience. The starting time of grass-roots work experience is defined in accordance with the Opinions on Defining the Starting Time of Grass roots Work Experience in the Examination of Civil Servants (RSTF [2010] No. 59).
Full time college graduates who participate in social practice, internships, part-time jobs and other experiences in school cannot be regarded as grass-roots work experience.
(3) Directed recruitment of "college student retired soldiers who have served in the military for more than 5 years (inclusive) or those who have completed their service in grass-roots projects in the province (including Jiangxi nationals who have completed their service in grass-roots projects in other provinces)". Candidates must meet the job requirements before they can apply for the exam. Among them, college students' ex soldiers refer to those who have retired after full-time college graduates enlisted in the military (including those who enlisted as college students and completed their studies after retirement). Grass roots service project personnel refer to those who have completed their service and passed the assessment for four projects, namely, college students' "village officials", "three supports and one support" plan, "college students' volunteer service in the west plan" (which must be a national project and have served for two years), and "rural compulsory education stage school teachers' special post plan".
(4) For the targeted recruitment of township (market, street) public institution staff, the candidates must be the county (city, district) township (market, street) public institution (including the public institution staff assigned by the county unit to work in the township and street, excluding schools and hospitals) who have been on the post for more than 5 consecutive years, and who have passed the annual assessment for the past three years or above.
(5) For positions recruited for recent graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, applicants must study in domestic ordinary colleges and universities or scientific research institutions that undertake the task of postgraduate education after passing the national unified college entrance examination or postgraduate entrance examination, and their personal files and organizational relationships are kept in the institutions of study (or scientific research institutions).
(6) For positions with the requirements of the county's household registration or source of students, applicants must be or have been the county's household registration, or take the college entrance examination in the county before the date of announcement.
