How to make spicy pig liver

Basic materials: 200g pig liver, 75g fried peanuts.
Seasoning: 75g mixed oil, 10 Chinese prickly peppers, 8g dry pepper, 3g salt, 13g cooking wine, 3g monosodium glutamate, 20g soy sauce, 20g wet starch, 8g green onion, ginger, garlic, sugar, appropriate amount of soup, and a little vinegar.
