1. Beef without bones is soft and rotten for 15-20 minutes. Meat with bones will be soft and rotten for 20-25 minutes.
2. Ingredients: 500g beef, some onions, ginger, garlic, Chinese prickly ash, large materials, dry chili, thirteen spices, soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt.
3. Clean the beef and cut into small pieces. Put them in a pressure cooker.
4. Add water just below the beef.
5. Add onion, ginger, garlic, Chinese prickly ash, large materials, dried chilli, thirteen spices, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt.
6. Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. It will boil and breathe.
7. After air injection, turn to medium fire, and turn off the fire in 15 minutes.
8. Turn off the fire and let it cool. Refrigerate it for half a day.
