3. Junior college approval in advance: for colleges and universities that are not fully enrolled after they are admitted according to the volunteer files filled in by the examinees, a collection will be arranged. For candidates who fill in the application for voluntary recruitment, the score requirements can be reduced within the range of score reduction specified in the policy; For the enrollment colleges and universities that have the requirements of physical examination and interview, such as targeted training sergeant, public security, steward, etc., the candidates who pass the first physical examination interview but are not admitted can fill in the corresponding recruitment application.

The basic unit of volunteer filling and filing is the college or college professional group. Each college or college professional group has 6 professional volunteers and 1 "professional obedience" volunteer. According to the professional category, there are three categories of enrollment: general category, art category and sports category.
(1) Common class. Parallel and single volunteers are approved in advance for undergraduate courses. Military academies adopt parallel volunteering and set up 30 academic professional groups to volunteer; The rest of the colleges and universities adopt a single volunteer and set up one college volunteer.
Special types of volunteers and ordinary volunteers are approved for undergraduate courses. Ordinary volunteers adopt parallel volunteers and set up 45 professional groups of colleges and universities to volunteer; The special type of volunteer adopts a single volunteer, that is, one college volunteer.
The junior college approves parallel volunteers and individual volunteers in advance. The recruitment of non commissioned officers for targeted training adopts parallel volunteering, and 30 colleges and universities set up professional groups to volunteer; The enrollment of other colleges and universities adopts a single volunteer, that is, one college volunteer.
Higher vocational colleges set up parallel volunteers for 30 college professional groups.
(2) Art. There are 30 volunteers for undergraduate advance approval and undergraduate approval respectively. Among them, the first order can be filled in by either the professional group of colleges in the parallel group or the colleges in the non parallel group; The second to thirtieth positions can only be filled in by the professional group of colleges in the parallel group.

(3) Sports. Undergraduate students are approved to set up one college volunteer in advance.
