What are the nine elite schools
Nine elite universities refer to Wuhan University, Sun Yat sen University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Technology, Xiamen University, Tianjin University, Southeast University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Harbin University of Technology. Previously, there was no Xi'an Jiaotong University in the top nine schools, and Beiyou was one of them. Later, Beijing Post added "two telegrams and one mail" and replaced it with Xi'an Jiaotong University. Therefore, it has formed the current nine elite schools.
