The theoretical knowledge includes the overview of fire protection, basic knowledge of electrical fire protection, basic knowledge of fire hydraulics, relevant laws and regulations, professional ethics and other basic contents. Skill operation includes actual operation contents such as monitoring of fire control room, operation and maintenance of building fire fighting facilities, etc.
The appraisal and assessment of primary fire certificate is based on the hundred point system, with 60 points as qualified, 80 points as good, and 90 points as excellent. The exam is not difficult. From the perspective of exam subjects, the exam is not difficult. The passing rate of each batch is basically above 90%.
The national unified closed book examination is adopted for theoretical knowledge examination, and the practical operation and function test of building fire fighting facilities are adopted for skill operation assessment. The assessment standard is implemented according to the basic requirements of the corresponding level in the national professional standards and the relevant requirements of the superior.
