This step can relax the steak fiber and let the juice return to the meat tissue, thus firmly locking the gravy.
5. At the same time, prepare the vegetable ingredients for the plate. This one matches as you like. I baked potatoes. Wash a medium-sized potato, peel and cut into pieces, slightly dry the surface, add salt, crushed black pepper and olive oil, and mix well. Place tin foil in the baking pan, evenly place the potatoes on the baking pan, place them in the middle of the oven, bake them at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes, and turn them over halfway. It can also be roasted with other vegetables, such as carrots and tomatoes.
6. Can be accompanied by favorite sauce. Add some hot water to the pan for frying the steak, and use it as the sauce when boiling a small amount of juice, which is more authentic. Place the steak, vegetables and fruits on the plate, and pour the sauce on the steak. Cut the steak. It's medium rare.
