Mushroom and lean meat porridge
Approach 1:
Overnight rice, fresh mushrooms, carrots, minced lean meat, salt, sesame oil, ginger.
Add water in the casserole to boil, add rice and stir well, boil it over medium heat until it boils, add a spoonful of cooking wine to the minced lean meat and marinate it for a while, wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, dice carrots and shred ginger for standby;
After the porridge is boiled, turn it to a small fire, keep stirring to prevent the bottom from being burnt, and put a spoon into it to effectively prevent the porridge from overflowing;
Cook the porridge until it is thick. After the rice grains blossom obviously, add carrots and lean meat in turn. After the minced meat turns white and matures, add mushroom slices and shredded ginger, and continue to cook for two minutes. Add appropriate salt and sesame oil to taste before cooking.
Method 2:
Lean meat, mushrooms, celery, dried shrimps, red onions, white rice, soy sauce spoon, one eighth spoon of pepper;
Wash dried shrimps, red onions and celery, finely chop them, soak mushrooms until soft, remove the stalks, shred, and shred lean meat into a bowl, add half of soy sauce, and mix well for standby;
Wash the white rice, put it into the pot, add half water and boil it over high heat, then turn the low heat to boil it into semi cooked porridge;
Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil into the pot, add red onion, stir fry it in medium heat, add mushrooms and the remaining soy sauce, stir fry it quickly, finally add minced meat, stir fry dried shrimps until cooked, dish it up, add semi cooked porridge, boil it in medium heat, slow boil it in low heat, add pepper and celery powder, and serve.
Approach 3:
Soak the rice in warm water for half an hour after washing;
Rinse the dried shiitake mushrooms slightly, mainly remove the surface ash, raise them in clean water, and cut them into dice;
Cut lean meat into small pieces, put them into a bowl, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a little tender meat powder, mix well, and put them into a sealed container for later use;
Cut the celery into inch sections, stir up the oil pan, celery, shiitake mushrooms and meat slightly, and add some refined salt to the pan;
Start the boiling pot, pour in the water soaked with dried mushrooms first, and then add water if it is not enough. Put in rice, boil it, and cook it slowly for about 15 minutes. Lift the bottom and stir it to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. Pour the fried celery, mushrooms, and meat into the porridge and mix them well, and continue cooking for a while.
