What materials should be submitted for the registration of objective questions in the judicial examination
The objective question and the subjective question of the legal professional qualification examination will be registered for examination respectively. The registration time for the objective question is generally around June every year. The time for the objective question of the 2020 legal examination has been determined to be on September 5 and 6. Relevant registration materials, such as ID card, graduation certificate, electronic certificate photo, etc., need to be submitted to apply for the legal professional qualification examination. The details of the registration materials are as follows:
Applicants should have the following materials when registering:
1. Valid resident ID card.
2. Graduation certificate. My graduation certificate should be able to be queried or authenticated on the website of the National University Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center.
3. Those who apply to enjoy the relaxed policy must have a local household registration with relaxed educational qualifications. When registering online, you should upload the electronic photos of the home page and your own page of the household register.
4. Photos of electronic certificates. Applicants shall provide their own color (red, blue and white background colors) bareheaded front electronic ID photos in the latest three months that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (413 pixels wide x 626 pixels high). This photo will be the only photo used for my examination permit, examination result notice, application form for granting legal professional qualification, and legal professional qualification certificate.
5. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ.
Applicants shall truthfully and accurately fill in their personal information, make a true and effective commitment to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of their filling materials. When applying online, full-time graduates of regular institutions of higher learning and military academies who will graduate from undergraduate courses and graduates who will graduate from master's degree with the same educational level in 2020 should sign the Letter of Commitment for Graduates. When all the qualified persons have registered online for the single subject scores of the self-taught higher education examination, they shall sign the Letter of Commitment on All the Qualified Single Subject Scores.
If the applicant fills in false information or fraudulently obtains the application by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Violations in the National Uniform Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
