Wax gourd can be boiled or fried. Wax gourd and pork slices are fried together. They are delicious and children like them very much.
Rinse and peel the wax gourd. (I choose dark green winter melon)
Unpack the wax gourd and cut it into rice thick slices.
Slice pork and marinate it with cooking wine. Slice ginger and onion, mince garlic. Prepare dried chilli and anise.
Put oil in the pan, heat it and put pork slices, then put onion and ginger slices, dried chilli and anise into the pan, stir fry until the bell is up, and then add appropriate amount of oil consumption to stir fry evenly.
Pour the wax gourd slices into the pot and stir fry with the meat.
Add proper amount of soy sauce to color winter melon.
Stir fry until two minutes later, when the color of winter turns from white to transparent, add proper amount of salt and chicken essence, add garlic powder and stir well.
Stir fried meat with winter melon and serve it.
