Here are two methods of snails:
Spicy snails:
Ingredients: snail, dry pepper, green pepper, Chinese prickly ash, bean paste, spring onion, sesame.
Wash the snails, boil in water, add oil, green pepper, Chinese prickly ash, and stir fry the glutinous rice cake and bean paste in the pot;
Lower the snails, cook until cooked, and sprinkle onion and sesame on the vegetables.
Spicy Snails:
Ingredients: Snails, Chinese prickly ash, fennel, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, refined salt, rice wine, ginger powder, scallions, garlic powder.
Deep fry garlic until golden and fragrant. Clean and cut Perilla frutescens and Trichosanthes kirilowii leaves;
Add oil to the wok, add pepper and fennel, and stir up the fragrance
