Distribution of subjects in French examination paper 1 and 2
The objective questions of the 2020 Legal Examination will be taken on October 31 and November 1 in two batches. Each batch of examinees needs to take the objective questions I and II in the morning and in the afternoon. The duration of the two volumes is 180 minutes. In 2020, the objective examination of the national unified legal professional qualification exam will be conducted in a closed book and computerized way. The end time and duration of the two batches of objective questions of the legal exam will be the same.
The time schedule for the objective questions of the 2020 legal examination:
Test time of the first batch:
Test Paper 1: 9:00-12:00, October 31, 180 minutes.
Test Paper 2: 14:30-17:30, October 31, 180 minutes.
Test time of the second batch:
Test Paper 1: 9:00-12:00, November 1, 180 minutes.
Test Paper 2: 14:30-17:30, November 1, 180 minutes.
The objective test of the National Uniform Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2020 has two volumes. It is divided into Test Paper I and Test Paper II. Each test paper has 100 questions, with a score of 150 points, including 50 single choice questions, 1 point for each question, 50 multiple choice questions and indefinite choice questions, with 2 points for each question. The total score of the two test papers is 300 points.
