1. Prepare black beans, anise, cinnamon, fragrance, tangerine peel, salt and brine juice.

4. Soaked black beans do not need to be washed again. Put them directly on the gas stove and boil them for 60 minutes.

6. When it is boiled for 30 minutes, add a little salt and a soup brine juice, stir evenly, and boil it on low heat until the soup is completely dry. This step should be observed frequently. When the water is dry, turn off the fire immediately, and open the lid and take out the pot after 5 minutes.
