The sugar is boiled in water and then boiled dry. The water will become white. Wrapped on peanuts, called frosted peanuts.
1. Put white sugar and water into the pot. The ratio of sugar and water is 4:1
2. Boil the sugar water into big bubbles
3. Pour in peanuts and mix well
4. Pour out the peanuts while they are hot, and then spread them out to cool. The syrup will harden when it cools, so it is better to spread the peanuts on the container that is easy to take out. When the syrup cools and coagulates, separate the peanuts while there is residual temperature.
