Insurance companies can only prove whether their cars are Didi vehicles through third parties such as traffic police and passengers, and they have no right to search Didi records.
If your car is registered with Didi, it will change the nature of the car. The insurance company refuses to compensate for the accident after the car is registered. The regulations of each insurance company on the nature of vehicle use are as follows:
Pacific Insurance: The insurer will not be liable for compensation if the nature of the insurance is changed and the correction formalities are not handled with the insurer.
Ping An Insurance: This insurance is only applicable to non operating personal vehicles.
PICC: The family owned car in the insurance contract refers to the passenger car owned by a family or individual and used for non business transportation within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
Sunshine insurance: The motor vehicles in the insurance contract refer to the passenger cars, trucks below or low-speed cargo trucks owned by families or individuals in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and used for non business transportation.
China United Insurance: only the following family owned vehicles, excluding operating vehicles, enterprise vehicles and trucks.
