Must licensed pharmacists pass one course a year
Licensed pharmacists are not required to pass one course a year. Candidates can choose to take one course every year according to their own conditions, and finish the examination in four years, or two or three courses in one year. The next year, they will continue to take the remaining subjects, and finish the examination in two years. In short, as long as they finish the examination in four years, you can choose any combination.
The licensed pharmacist examination takes four years as a cycle, and the personnel who take part in the examination of all subjects must pass the examination of all subjects within four consecutive examination years. Personnel who are exempt from the examination in some subjects must pass the examination in two consecutive years.
The combination of 2020+2021+2022+2023 or 2021+2022+2023+2024 can be regarded as four consecutive examination years, and so on.
The conditions for some subjects exempted from the examination of licensed pharmacists are as follows:
1. Those who have obtained senior professional titles in pharmacy or medicine and work in pharmaceutical posts can be exempted from the examination of pharmaceutical professional knowledge (I) and pharmaceutical professional knowledge (II), and can only take the examination of pharmacy management and regulations, and comprehensive knowledge and skills in pharmacy.
2. Those who have obtained the senior professional title of traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine and work in the position of traditional Chinese medicine can be exempted from the examination of professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (I) and professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (II), and can only take the examination of pharmacy management and regulations, and comprehensive knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine.
3. Those who have been employed as senior professional and technical posts, graduated from a technical secondary school majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have been continuously engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 20 years or more, can only participate in pharmacy management and regulations, and pharmacy (traditional Chinese medicine) without taking part in two subjects: professional knowledge of pharmacy (traditional Chinese medicine) (I), professional knowledge of pharmacy (traditional Chinese medicine) (II) Comprehensive knowledge and skills examination.
The category of senior professional title refers to the senior professional title of pharmacy, medicine or medicine obtained from the work of pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine. The chief (deputy chief) physician, chief (deputy chief) technician, chief (deputy chief) nurse engaged in medical treatment, prevention, health care, medical technology and nursing, and professors (associate professors) engaged in teaching, scientific research and management in colleges and universities do not meet the conditions for exemption from second division. Senior professional titles shall be obtained before the deadline for application.
