1. Ingredients: ribs.
2. Ingredients: one or two fermented soybeans, ginger powder, garlic cloves, red pepper.
3. Spices: soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, spicy oil, chili sauce, sugar, corn starch.
4. First, wash the ribs and soak them in water for three times to remove the bloody smell, then add: cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger powder, sesame oil, spicy oil, and starch to marinate them.
5. Chop garlic, chilli and lobster sauce.
6. Add oil in the pan, add garlic powder, ginger powder, chilli, lobster sauce, sugar, soy sauce and stir fry together. If you like spicy food, you can also add some spicy sauce.
7. Stir fry until fragrant, roll the cured ribs into the lobster sauce, and stick them evenly.
8. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
9. The cucumbers split in half.
10. Use a peeler and planer to make thin pieces, which must be complete. Just put the plate diagonally.
11. Serve on a platter.
