Ingredients: beef, dry starch, egg white, onion, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate.
Practice:
1. Chop the meat with a blender or knife, add the dry starch and egg mixture in one direction and beat evenly, then add the chopped green onion and ginger and a little pepper, cover and leave aside to marinate for ten minutes;
2. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce to seasoned minced meat;
