1. Main ingredients: beef, potatoes, carrots, garlic, ginger, and onions. Ingredients: oil, salt, cooking wine, sugar, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce.
2. Wash the beef and cut it into pieces.
3. Peel and wash potatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash carrots and cut them into pieces.
4. Clean the scallions and cut them into small sections. Peel the ginger and garlic, wash them and pat them open with a kitchen knife.
5. Pour cold water into a frying pan, bring it to a boil over high heat, add some cooking wine to the beef, heat it and remove it.
6. After washing the pressure cooker, add cooked beef, carrots, potatoes, ginger and garlic, as well as some soy sauce and salt. Add proper amount of water and boil with medium fire until the gas valve rings for ten minutes, then turn off the fire.
7. Wait until the pressure cooker cools down, open the cooker, add scallions and some monosodium glutamate, stir well, and serve on a plate.
