1、 There are two cases of medical treatment in different places:
In case of non emergency, contact with the medical insurance institution in the insured area first;
In case of emergency, diagnosis and treatment can be carried out nearby. After treatment, the medical insurance agency shall be reimbursed according to regulations with the valid certificate issued by the treatment hospital.
2、 Medical insurance off-site medical reporting process:
You need to take the ID card of the insured and the medical insurance card to the municipal medical insurance hall to get the Registration Form of Non local Residents of Municipal Medical Insurance.
Fill in the form as required and go to a medical insurance institution in another place to seal for confirmation.
Take the completed application form back to the local medical insurance institution for review and confirmation.
Please call the municipal medical insurance center to register when you are in hospital.
Within one month after discharge, the inpatient medical expenses shall be reimbursed with hospital receipts, expense details, copies of cases and copies of this form.
The hospital selected for medical treatment must be the designated hospital for medical insurance in the place of residence.
Cross year medical expenses must be settled annually.
