500g sesame food, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, 1 scallion, 5 garlic, 1 persimmon pepper, 1 pork tenderloin, 2 garlic sprouts, 5 cabbage, some cooking oil, 5g refined salt, 3g pepper powder, 1 spoonful soy sauce, and some vinegar
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare hemp food
2. Prepare potatoes, carrots and tomatoes
3. Prepare vegetables and garlic sprouts
4. Cut the tenderloin into small pieces, add a little salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and starch, and take disposable gloves to soak and marinate for 10 minutes (if there is no gloves, it can be replaced by a fresh-keeping bag, a self created method)
