The examination for general qualification of securities practitioners takes the form of closed book computer examination, with multiple choice questions and 100 questions. It includes 50 single choice questions and 50 combined choice questions. The examination time is 120 minutes, and 60 points and above are regarded as qualified scores.
The qualification examination for special business takes the form of closed book computer examination. All questions are multiple-choice questions, with 120 questions, 40 single choice questions and 80 multiple choice questions. The examination time is 180 minutes, and 60 points and above are regarded as qualified scores.
The Basic Laws and Regulations of the Securities Market and the Basic Knowledge of the Financial Market belong to the general qualification examination subjects for securities practitioners;
Investment Banking Business, Securities Research Report Publishing Business and Securities Investment Consulting Business belong to the qualification examination subjects of special business for securities business.
