1. Ingredients: half dried hairtail, half cucumber, 3 red peppers (not very hot), 3 spoonfuls of lobster sauce, and a spring onion. Seasoning: appropriate amount of white sugar, monosodium glutamate, thirteen spices, cooking wine, sweet chili sauce, and blended oil.
2. Clean and cut the materials for use.
3. Heat up a wok and pour in the blended oil to stir fry the shallots.
4. Add dried hairtail and stir fry.
5. Pour cooking wine into it and stir it to produce the wine flavor.
6. Pour in sweet chili sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
7. Add cucumber and pepper, stir fry for 6 minutes.
8. Stir fry the fermented soybeans evenly.
9. White sugar and MSG are very delicious.
10. Finally, sprinkle thirteen spices and stir well, then out of the pot.
