What educational background can I take the first level constructor certificate
The qualification requirements for applying for the first level construction engineer are junior college or above. After the candidates meet the qualifications, they also need to meet the professional and working years. The working years are related to the qualifications of the candidates. The higher the qualifications, the shorter the working years. The length of service required for mid-term college graduates is 6 years, and that for doctoral candidates is 1 year.
Conditions for application of first-class constructor:
Those who comply with national laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions can apply for taking the first level qualification examination for constructor:
1. Obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for at least 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.
2. Bachelor degree in engineering or engineering economics, with 4 years of experience, including 3 years of experience in construction management of construction projects.
3. Obtained a double bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics or graduated from a graduate class, and worked for at least 3 years, including at least 2 years in construction management of construction projects.
4. Obtained a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for at least 2 years, including at least 1 year in construction management of construction projects.
5. Obtained a doctorate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least one year.
Conditions for "Exemption from Two Subjects" of the First Construction Examination:
Those who meet the above requirements for general examination, obtain the Qualification Certificate of First Class Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction before December 31, 2003, and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the examination of the two subjects of Construction Engineering Economics and Construction Engineering Project Management, and only participate in the Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge and Professional Engineering Management and Practice 2 subjects.
(1) Engaged as a senior professional and technical position in engineering or engineering economics.
(2) College degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and 20 years of experience in construction management of construction projects.
