How old can Second Construction use
The Second Construction Company can be 65 years old. Since the second level constructor implements the registered practice management system, the person who has obtained the second level constructor's practice qualification certificate must register before practicing, while the person who has reached the age of 65 cannot register to practice.
Circumstances where the certificate of Class II constructor is not registered:
(1) Not having full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Applying for registration in two or more units;
(3) Failing to meet the requirements for continuing education of certified constructor;
(4) Being subject to criminal punishment, and the criminal punishment has not been completely executed;
(5) Being subject to criminal punishment due to practice activities, and less than 5 years from the date of completion of criminal punishment to the date of application for registration;
(6) Being subject to criminal punishment for reasons other than those specified in the preceding paragraph, and less than 3 years have elapsed since the date of the decision on punishment to the date of application for registration;
(7) The certificate of registration has been revoked for less than 2 years from the date of the decision on punishment to the date of application for registration;
(8) Major quality and safety accidents occurred to the project in charge during the period of serving as the project manager within 3 years before the date of application for registration;
(9) The employer of the applicant does not meet the requirements of the registered unit;
(10) Over 65 years old;
(11) Other circumstances under which registration is not allowed according to laws and regulations.
