Vegetable oil is used as follows:
Preparation materials: 1500g silver carp, some dry pepper, some garlic, some pepper, some vinegar, some dry flour, some pepper powder, some pickled ginger, some pepper, some pickled pepper, some onion, some sugar, some bean paste, some cooking wine, some soy sauce, some oyster sauce, some salt, and some vegetable oil.
1. First, deal with the fish and clean it.

4. Then put the washed fish, chives and soup into the pot, and the fire started to boil.
5. Boil until the color turns white and add cooking wine, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar.
6. Pour the fish head into the basin with a spoon, and spread the prepared chives.
7. Pour the fish fillet and soup into the basin, sprinkle with the prepared pepper powder, garlic powder and onion, and mix well with chopsticks.
8. Put vegetable oil, dried chilli and Chinese prickly ash in the pot and heat them over high heat.
9. Wait for the heat and pour it on the fish. It's ready.
