1. Low flour 195g, butter 80g, granulated sugar 70g, milk powder 15g, raw egg yolk 4 pieces, peanut 50g.
2. Soften butter and add sugar.
3. Stir with a stirrer.
4. Add egg yolk liquid in three times, and add peanuts.
5. Sift in low powder and powdered milk.
6. Knead into dough.
7. Put the dough on the oil paper, cover it with a piece of oil paper, and roll it into a 1cm thick cake.
8. Cut the dough into 1cm wide strips about 4cm long. Evenly place it in the baking tray covered with oil paper, and brush the surface with the remaining half of egg yolk liquid.
9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and keep it on and off for about 18 minutes.
