Practice of grasping cake by hand:
Ingredients: 1 egg, 80g ham, 2 pieces of lettuce, proper amount of tomato sauce, 110g hand cake;
Practice:
1. Prepare all the ingredients: quick-frozen hand cakes, eggs, ham and lettuce;
2. Rinse lettuce and slice ham for later use;
3. Heat a flat bottomed non stick pan without oil, put the cake directly on it and bake it with low heat;
4. Burn both sides golden and serve for later use;
5. Knock the egg into the pot, use a shovel to break the yolk, and spread it;
6. Before the egg solidifies, cover the cake with your hand on the egg, press it with a shovel to make the egg and the cake stick together. After the egg is cooked, turn it over and heat it for a few seconds to get out of the pot;
7. Put lettuce and ham slices with the egg side facing up;
8. Squeeze tomato sauce or any sauce you like.
