Practice:
1. Add a piece of steamed fish soy sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, cooking wine to mix the juice for use;
2. Add steamed fish soy sauce and ginger slices to ribs, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes;
3. Cook eggplant for a while;
4. Put oil in the pan, fry the spareribs slightly, pour in the mixed juice, put ginger slices and garlic cloves, add water and boil the spareribs over high heat for 10 minutes;
5. When half of the soup is left, pour in eggplant and stir well. Cover the pot and boil. Bring it to a boil over high heat. Turn the medium heat to stew until the ribs are cooked and rotten. The eggplant tastes delicious. Sprinkle with scallions and green peppers.
