General standards for physical examination of civil servants:
1. Organic heart diseases, such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, are unqualified. Those with congenital heart disease who do not need surgery or who are cured by surgery are qualified. 2. If the blood pressure is within the following range, it is qualified: systolic blood pressure is less than 140mmHg; Diastolic pressure is less than 90mmHg.
3. Blood system disease, unqualified. Simple iron deficiency anemia, hemoglobin higher than 90g/L for men and 80g/L for women, qualified.
4. Tuberculosis is unqualified. However, the following conditions are acceptable:
(1) Primary pulmonary tuberculosis, secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, stable for 1 year after clinical cure without change;
(2) Extrapulmonary tuberculosis: renal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, lymphoid tuberculosis, etc., which have no recurrence within 2 years after clinical cure, and have no change after examination by a special hospital.
5. Chronic bronchitis with obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, unqualified.
6. Chronic pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and other serious chronic digestive system diseases, unqualified. If there is no serious complication after subtotal gastrectomy, it is qualified.
7. All kinds of acute, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis are unqualified.
8. Malignant tumor, unqualified.
9. Nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney, renal insufficiency, unqualified.
10. Disqualification of endocrine system diseases such as diabetes, diabetes insipidus and acromegaly. Those without symptoms and signs 1 year after cure of hyperthyroidism are qualified.
11. Those who have epilepsy history, psychiatric history, hysteria history, nocturnal travel disease, severe neurosis (frequent headache, dizziness, insomnia, obvious memory decline, etc.), abuse and dependence of psychoactive substances are unqualified.
12. Lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and/or polymyositis, scleroderma, polyarteritis nodosa, rheumatoid arthritis and other diffuse connective tissue diseases, arteritis magna, unqualified.
13. Late schistosomiasis, late schistosomiasis with rubber swelling or chyluria, unqualified.
14. Skull defect, intracranial foreign body retention, craniocerebral malformation, post-traumatic brain syndrome, unqualified.
15. Severe chronic osteomyelitis, unqualified.
16. Three degree simple goiter, unqualified.
17. Obstructive gallstones or urinary stones, unqualified.
18. Gonorrhea, syphilis, chancroid, venereal lymphogranuloma, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS, unqualified.
19. The corrected visual acuity of both eyes is lower than 4.8 (0.6 decimal visual acuity), the corrected visual acuity of one eye is blind and the other eye is lower than 4.9 (0.8 decimal visual acuity), and there is an eye disease with obvious visual function damage, which is unqualified.
20. Both ears have hearing impairment, and the person who can not hear the whisper within 3m in both ears when using the artificial hearing device is unqualified.
21. Other serious diseases that are not included in the physical examination standard and affect the normal performance of duties are unqualified.
