4. Different construction requirements

The proportion of rent and sale is determined according to the construction and supply of talent houses and affordable houses in the jurisdiction. In the old renovation, the commercial housing can be built according to the specified proportion, without the requirement of all supporting housing.
5. Different transformation procedures
