1. Psychological consultant level 3 (national vocational qualification level 3) (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Bachelor degree or above in psychology, education, medicine.
(2) With a college degree in psychology, education, and medicine, and the prescribed standard class hours through three-level formal training of psychological consultants, and obtain a graduation certificate.
(3) Bachelor's degree or above in other majors, with the prescribed standard class hours of three-level formal training of psychological counselors, and a completion certificate.
2. Psychological Counselor Level II (National Vocational Qualification Level II) (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Doctor degree in psychology, education and medicine.
(2) With a master's degree in psychology, education, and medicine, he has reached the specified standard class hours through the second level formal training of psychological consultants, and has obtained a graduation certificate.
(3) Those who have obtained the third level professional qualification certificate of psychological counselor, have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years, have reached the specified standard class hours after the second level formal training of psychological counselor, and have obtained the graduation certificate.
(4) Have the professional and technical occupational qualification of psychology, pedagogy, medicine at the intermediate level or above, have reached the specified standard class hours through the second level formal training of psychological counselors, and have obtained the graduation certificate, and have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years.
