How to manage the achievements of First Construction
There are 4 subjects in the first level constructor examination. Except for the exemption candidates who only need to register for two subjects, all the other candidates need to take the examination in all four subjects. The validity period of the results of the candidates taking the full course examination is two years. As long as they pass all subjects in two consecutive examination years, they can register for the first level constructor examination.
First Construction Performance Management:
1. Rolling management is implemented for the results of the first level constructor qualification examination. The personnel who take part in the examination of four subjects must pass all subjects in two consecutive examination years, and the personnel who are exempt from the examination of some subjects must pass the exam oriented subjects in one examination year.
2. Non rolling management shall be implemented for the examination results of the corresponding specialty of the first-class constructor, and the personnel participating in the examination shall pass the examination subjects within one examination year.
Conditions for "Exemption from Two Subjects" of the First Construction Examination:
Those who meet the above requirements for general examination, obtain the Qualification Certificate of First Class Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction before December 31, 2003, and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the examination of the two subjects of Construction Engineering Economics and Construction Engineering Project Management, and only participate in the Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge and Professional Engineering Management and Practice 2 subjects.
(1) Engaged as a senior professional and technical position in engineering or engineering economics.
(2) College degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and 20 years of experience in construction management of construction projects.
