It will mature after pressing for about 20 minutes.
Practice:
1. Cut the goose into small pieces; Add proper amount of soy sauce and cooking wine, grasp well and marinate for half an hour;
2. Prepare some ginger slices, garlic, anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves;
3. Open fire, add some edible oil, add a small amount of sugar and stir well;
4. Put the goose into the pot and stir it for several times, then add two tins of beer, stir it evenly, and add proper soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence to taste well;
5. Pour the ingredients into the pressure cooker and press to cook;
6. Press and boil for about ten minutes, then turn the fire to medium low heat, and then press and boil for ten minutes.
