4、 In order to reflect the preference for poor and remote areas at the grass-roots level, the county (city, district) posts that enjoy the preferential policy should have at least 30 points for the Administrative Professional Ability Test and 35 points for the Argument.
The lowest qualified score shall be determined by the institutions directly under or dispatched by the provincial courts, provincial procuratorates and other units, the judges' assistants of the provincial courts, the procurators' assistants of the procuratorates, and the prison drug rehabilitation system of the provincial judicial administrative organs according to the institutional level and geographical affiliation of the recruiting organs. For example, for a procurator assistant position in the People's Procuratorate of Shennongjia Forest District, the recruitment authority is at the county (city, district) level, and belongs to a difficult and remote area. The minimum qualified score is: no less than 30 points in the Administrative Professional Ability Test, and no less than 35 points in the Argument.

Candidates whose scores fail to reach the minimum qualified score line for the position they are applying for cannot enter the qualification review; If the score reaches the minimum qualified score line for the corresponding position, the candidates for the qualification review shall be determined according to the 1:3 ratio between the recruitment plan for the position and the candidates, and the order from high score to low score converted from the written examination.
