Peanuts can nourish qi and blood, moisten intestines and relieve constipation, while lotus seeds can clear heat and detoxify. It is OK to boil them together. For example, lotus seeds, red dates and peanuts soup is as follows:
1. Wash lotus seeds, peanuts and red dates for use;
