Method 1:
Ingredients: 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 pitaya fruit, 1 apple, 1 kiwi fruit, 1 orange, 1 banana, 5 cherry tomatoes, 6 American almonds.
Practice:
1. Cut the pitaya fruit in half and use the ball digger to dig the pulp into small balls for use.
2. Peel and dice apples, kiwifruit, bananas and oranges, and cut the cherry in half.
3. Put apples, kiwi fruit, bananas, diced oranges, cherry tomatoes and American almonds into the container of pitaya fruit, and pour yogurt on it.
Method 2:
Ingredients: 1 apple, 20 grapes, half cucumber, 1 tomato, 250g yogurt, 1 teaspoon honey.
Practice:
1. Peel and cut all ingredients into small pieces, and set aside.
2. Pour in yogurt and honey and stir.
