Main ingredients: 500g rice cake, some pickles, and some green peppers.
Accessories: 2 garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Procedure of sauteed cabbage with rice cake:
1. Slice rice cakes, cut pickles, cut green peppers into small pieces, and beat garlic into pieces;
2. In a hot oil pan, add garlic and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes;
3. Add the rice cake, stir fry while sprinkling water, stir fry until soft;
4. Add sugar and oyster sauce, stir fry, add 2 tablespoons of water, cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes;
5. Add green pepper and stir well.
