Ingredients: 600g pig hooves, 300g potatoes, some anise, some light soy sauce, some old soy sauce, some salt, some oyster sauce, and some oil.
Step:
1. Clean and cut the pig's hooves into pieces, boil water in the pot, boil the pig's hooves for 20 minutes, remove and set aside;
2. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into pieces for use;
3. Pour oil into the pot, heat it, add pig hoof and stir fry for 5 minutes, add light soy sauce and old soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes;
