Course Introduction
GCC was originally called GNU C Compiler, because it could only deal with C language.GCC quickly expanded to handle C++.Later, it was extended to support more programming languages, so it was renamed GNU Compiler Collection. This course enables students to learn how to compile C/C++programs in Linux, how to compile static libraries and dynamic libraries using GCC tools, and how to configure and run dynamic libraries.
