    Qiniu Cloud object storage provides five storage types: standard, low-frequency, archive direct reading, archive, and deep archive. It supports a variety of cold and hot data storage scenarios to meet customers' different demands for storage performance and cost.

    Standard storage type

    7N standard storage provides highly reliable, highly available and high-performance object storage services, which can support frequent data reading. The standard storage service capability of high throughput and low latency is suitable for various types of hot data access scenarios, including various social pictures, sharing audio and video, mobile applications, and big data analysis.

    Low frequency storage type

    7N low-frequency storage is suitable for long-term storage of infrequently accessed data (average monthly access frequency is 1-2). Compared with standard storage, low-frequency storage has the same data reliability, throughput and access delay. It has slightly lower availability, but lower unit price and better storage cost. It is very suitable for business scenarios where data is accessed infrequently (less than 12 times a year on average) but can also be accessed quickly and in real time when needed, such as network disk storage, various mobile applications, intelligent devices Long term backup of enterprise data, monitoring data storage, etc. Objects with low-frequency storage types have the shortest storage time. Objects with less than 30 days of storage time can be deleted in advance, which will incur certain costs. Low frequency storage objects have minimum metering space requirements, If the object size is less than 64KB, the storage space will be calculated according to 64KB. Data retrieval will incur data retrieval costs.

    Archive direct read storage type

    Qiniu archive direct read storage is suitable for long-term storage of extremely low frequency access data that need to be read in real time (the average annual access frequency is less than 3 times), such as data lake, cloud album, media asset archiving and other data. Archive direct read storage can meet the real-time reading requirements of extremely low frequency access data, while taking into account low storage costs and real-time access capabilities. Compared with low-frequency storage, the storage unit price is lower, but the access cost is higher. Objects of the archive direct read storage type have the shortest storage time. Objects with less than 60 days of storage time can be deleted in advance, which will incur certain costs. Archive direct read storage objects have minimum metering space requirements, If the object size is less than 64KB, the storage space will be calculated according to 64KB. Data retrieval will incur data retrieval costs.

    Archive Storage Type

    Qiniu Cloud archive storage is suitable for data storage scenarios that need long-term storage but rarely need to be accessed in the storage cycle, such as archive data, medical images, scientific materials, long-term backup data, etc. Archived data does not support real-time access. It takes 1 to 5 minutes to unfreeze the data into a readable state, but the storage is safe, durable and low cost. Objects of the archive storage type have the shortest storage time. Objects with a storage time shorter than 60 days will incur certain costs if they are deleted in advance. Archive type storage objects have minimum metering space requirements, If the object size is less than 64KB, the storage space will be calculated according to 64KB. Data retrieval will incur data retrieval costs.

    Deep Archive Storage Type

    Qiniu Cloud has the lowest unit price for deep archive storage, which is suitable for storing extremely cold data that needs to be retained for a very long time but has very little access, such as data that needs to be retained for a long time due to compliance requirements, raw data accumulated for a long time in big data and other fields, and media resources that need to be retained for a long time; The cost is lower than that of archive storage, but data unfreezing takes about 5 to 12 hours to complete. Objects of the deep archive storage type have the shortest storage time. Objects with a storage time shorter than 180 days will incur certain costs if they are deleted in advance. Deep archive type storage objects have minimum metering space requirements, If the object size is less than 64KB, the storage space will be calculated according to 64KB. Data retrieval will incur data retrieval costs.
