Installation and connection guide

Download the HiSuite mobile assistant of the corresponding system software package

  • • Double click the exe program file
  • • Click to agree to the agreement and statement
  • • Click to start the installation

Connect your phone

Applicable to Mac/Windows system

Connect the mobile phone to the computer with a USB cable
(Click File Transfer or Photo Transfer and turn on HDB switch)

USB cable connection

1. First enter the settings, and then enter HDB in the top search box

2. Click "Allow HiSuite to be enabled through HDB connection" in the search results

3. Please agree to the authorization prompt on the phone when connecting
(If you want to revoke the authorization after use, please click to revoke the HDB connection authorization of HiSuite.)

4. Open the phone assistant application on the phone, and the 8-digit verification code will be displayed
Enter in the verification code input box on the computer side and click the "Connect Now" button
