The storage gateway BSG (Baidu Storage Gateway) is a hybrid cloud storage solution that can seamlessly connect local and cloud storage. Storage gateway is a file storage service that provides NFS and CIFS protocols based on object storage BOS. Users need not worry about protocol compatibility between local applications and cloud storage. The storage gateway supports both local and cloud deployment modes, and can be used for file sharing between virtual machines when deployed in the cloud.
