Compensation for temporary failure of Alibaba Cloud disk: Get an 8TB super member monthly card for free when you go online

On the evening of February 3, Alibaba Cloud disks were temporarily unavailable. Now, Alibaba Cloud Disk has announced that it will issue an 8TB super member monthly card as compensation. Users log in to Alibaba Cloud Disk App from February 4 to February 11, 2023, and click the corresponding activity page of the welfare society to redeem.

On the evening of February 3, many netizens encountered that Alibaba Cloud disks could not be accessed. Among them, apps, webpages, and PC clients could not load content, and even API interfaces had 502 failures.

AliCloud disk has adjusted its member services since December 29, 2022, adding 8TB super members, 6TB members and 20TB super members.
