Mineral wool board - production process
The production is carried out in two steps. First, various raw materials are mixed and processed into base material plates, and then decoration processing is carried out.
1. Processing of base material
Put a certain amount of mineral wool into a container, add water and stir to separate the cotton from the slag ball. The slag ball settles at the bottom, fish out the mineral wool, wash it again, and then dry the cotton and weigh it. Sometimes mineral wool is also decomposed into granular cotton by a granulator and then used. Additives such as adhesive and waterproof agent are mixed and stirred into slurry according to the ratio. The slurry is formed on a long wire copying machine. The slurry is filtered, vacuumed and extruded into a blank of a certain thickness. After cutting, it is dried, which is the base plate of mineral wool.
2. Decoration processing
Blind hole processing: semi-finished products are rolled to produce impermeable holes of different sizes and shapes to increase the sound absorption effect, and then finish processing, coloring and drying of plate edges are finished products. Processing of grooved plates: blind hole plates are processed into grooves in both vertical and horizontal directions by milling machines, or rounded, colored and dried. Processing of printing template: semi-finished products are coated with pre prepared paint through the template on the printing machine to print various patterns, which can also be sprinkled with fine sand and dried. Processing of relief plate: after the semi-finished product is colored, various patterns are pressed by the press equipped with relief plate, and then it is made by cutting and tenoning. The relief plate is manufactured by the factory, and the processing cost is high.
