Ask about debugging bug! Season 2 [Copy Link]

I use two GPIOs in the battery drive to check whether USB or AC charger is inserted
There are three states: USB charging, AC charger charging and battery power supply
When charging with USB or AC charger, a The power plug Icon of,
When there is only battery, there should be no "power plug" display on the taskbar of the CE system desktop
The detection method is to determine whether the current GPIO status is "high or low"
Under normal conditions, the system is normal at room temperature
But as a high temperature experiment (46 ℃)
When no external power supply (USB, AC charger) is plugged in, the icon "power plug" will appear in the corresponding position of the system taskbar
(Note: During the high temperature test, the PDA is not operated at all, but only allowed to run the CE system by itself)
What's the reason for this??
Does high temperature cause changes in GPIO status??

Thank you slyzhang! Our CPU is PXA270 of Intel The temperature is less than 60 degrees, only 46 degrees I don't know whether there is pull-up or pull-down. I have to take a look at the diagram to know details reply Published on October 11, 2008 at 21:21

If there is no pull-up or pull-down, the GPIO port may be unstable under high temperature, which is very normal. 60 degrees generally exceeds the normal operating range of ordinary chips, and industrial products may reach the allowable range of 80 degrees. It is difficult to say generally
