Tektronix Advanced Semiconductor Open Laboratory, as the leader in the field of advanced semiconductor testing in Beijing, announced on May 16, 2024 that its laboratory will launch Version 2.0 and be unveiled in Beijing!
The laboratory equipment is updated again, and the capacity is upgraded again. This upgrade includes:
GaN device switch test and dynamic on resistance test
Short circuit test of SiC power devices
Avalanche test
More comprehensive test system for static parameters and capacitance parameters
In addition, the laboratory also introduced a new reliability test system for the third generation semiconductor power devices to meet the growing test demand.
