The surface of cold (electric) galvanizing is relatively smooth, mainly yellow and green. Of course, there are colorful, blue and white, green light and so on. The whole workpiece is basically free of zinc nodules, caking and other phenomena.

2. Galvanized aluminum magnesium photovoltaic support Then alloy metal plates are used, and the main components are zinc, aluminum, magnesium, etc. Because of the addition of alloy elements, the product has the characteristics of self-healing incision, and the metal surface also has the characteristics of chlorine resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. 3. Weathering steel photovoltaic support As the name implies, it is made of weathering steel through research, development and production. It has the mechanical properties of high-quality steel, and its atmospheric corrosion resistance is 2~8 times that of carbon steel. The longer the service time is, the more outstanding the corrosion resistance is. The surface of weathering steel is a dense rust layer formed by processing, so the appearance is rust color, which is the method of "stopping rust with rust". 3、 The PV support is composed of Column, inclined beam, diagonal brace, purlin, tie rod, base, universal angle, connector, end cover, etc.

4、 The installation of photovoltaic support shall be in accordance with the construction specifications of photovoltaic power station, electrical installation, Building Construction and other specifications The installation steps can be divided into: column, inclined beam, diagonal brace, purlin and tie rod installation.
1. Column and inclined beam installation:
(1) First, connect the column and inclined beam on the ground with triangular connectors and fasten them with (M12) bolts.
(2) After the column and inclined beam are assembled, lift the combined body and place the front and rear columns on the pile top sleeve.

(3) After placing the column, place the slope gauge on the inclined beam, and then adjust the height of the front and rear columns according to the reading; After adjusting the height of the column, tighten the socket bolt screws to fix the column; Each support unit shall first fix the columns and inclined beams at both ends

(4) After the column is fixed, fix the purlin on the inclined beam with bolts, and then hang a long thin line on the upper and lower ends of the inclined beam at both ends of each support unit.

(5) The height of the column and inclined beam connector between units shall be adjusted according to the fine lines hung at the upper and lower ends. After adjustment, the column shall be fixed with bolts.

(6) After all the columns of the support unit are fixed, align the drill with the reserved holes on the sleeve and punch through the columns; Then bolt the column permanently. (one flat washer, one spring washer)

2. Installation of diagonal bracing:
(1) One end of the diagonal brace is fixed on the diagonal beam with a triangular connector, and the other section is connected to the column with a diagonal brace hoop. The practice of the front and rear diagonal braces is the same.

3. Purlin installation:
(1) Now the purlin of a unit is fixed with purlin connectors on the ground, and then a group of workers lift the purlin to the purlin bracket with tools, and finally fixed firmly with bolts.


4. Assembly installation includes bolt installation and pressing block installation:

(4) Pre tighten the intermediate pressure block

(5) Install one by one from one side to the other, then tighten the fastening bolts of the photovoltaic panel, and check that the direction and position of the control box on the back of the photovoltaic panel are consistent. The required torque of the bolt fastening the pressure block is 14-20N * M )

(6) Installation of protective ground wire: the grounding bolts on both sides of the support shall be connected to the same grounding bar

5. Pull rod installation:
(1) The straight brace of the purlin and the tie rod of the rear column can be installed after the installation of the components. First, pass the hot brace through the reserved hole, and then fasten it in place with bolts.

(2) Installation of tie rod between rear columns: first connect the tie rod between rear columns and the tie rod hoop between columns, then connect the tie rod hoop between columns and the rear column, and then fasten with bolts.
